Technical Assistant

Full-time

. Your role

As Technical Assistant you support our production team in the technical planning and delivery of our events – from corporate events and conferences to congresses. You work closely with the project management and external technical vendors and make sure sound, light and video run flawlessly on show day.

. Your tasks

You support the set-up and tear-down of audio, lighting and video equipment.
You operate the technology during events – from playback and microphones to presentation tech.
You contribute to the technical planning and create material lists and stage plans.
You take care of the maintenance, care and logistics of our equipment.
You coordinate the technical implementation with venues and external trades.

. Your profile

First experience in event technology – through training or hands-on practice.
Basic understanding of audio, lighting and video technology.
Willingness to travel and to work typical event hours in the evening and on weekends.
Hands-on mentality and team spirit.
Driver's license class B is a plus.
