. Your role

As Social Media Manager/Content Creator you shape the digital presence of mars agency. You tell the stories behind our events, make our work visible on Instagram and LinkedIn and continuously develop our channels.

. Your tasks

You develop and produce content formats for Instagram and LinkedIn – from Reels and stories to posts.
You join selected events and capture photo and video material directly on site.
You cut and edit videos, e.g. with CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
You plan our editorial content and take over the community management.
You track the performance of our channels and derive new content ideas from it.
You support marketing campaigns and the news section of our website.

. Your profile

Experience creating social media content, ideally in an agency or event context.
A confident feel for visual language, trends and storytelling.
Confident writing in German and good English.
Independent, structured way of working.
Willingness to accompany selected events.
