Project Support

. Your role

As Project Support in the Event Concept & Management area you are an important part of our project teams and support the respective project lead in the conception, planning and delivery of our events.

You keep an eye on to-dos, timings and open points, provide reliable support and ensure very good internal communication. At the same time, you actively contribute to the projects through presentations, creative tasks and first commercial topics.

. Your tasks

• Supporting the project lead and the team in all project phases – from conception and planning to delivery and follow-up
• Keeping track of to-dos, timings and responsibilities and ensuring proactive internal communication
• Researching, obtaining and structuring quotes and project information
• Supporting event concepts, pitches and client presentations as well as creating simple moodboards and visual content
• Supporting project plans, calculations, cost overviews and budgets
• Communicating and coordinating with vendors and partners as well as independently taking over smaller work packages
• Supporting production and event preparations as well as active on-site support
• Supporting project documentation, follow-up and project closing

. Your profile

• Ideally a degree or training in event management, marketing, communication, business administration or comparable
• First practical experience in an event, agency or project environment is a plus
• Very structured, reliable and proactive way of working as well as strong communication and team skills
• A good feel for event conception, aesthetics and visual communication
• A good understanding of numbers and interest in project calculations, budgets and commercial contexts
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as knowledge of Canva and Adobe
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to travel and to work on site
