. What matters most to us in this role
As Project Coordinator you take on responsibility. You don't just coordinate individual tasks – you own your event projects as a whole: creatively, organizationally and commercially.
You know at any time where your project stands, how costs and budget are developing and which decisions are necessary to bring a project to a successful close.
Our ambition is to realize events that convince creatively, are delivered professionally and are managed commercially successfully.
. What you can expect from us
- Working in a special place: your workplace is located in the Omniturm in the heart of Frankfurt – one of the most famous and modern buildings in Germany. Modern agency life in an environment with matching standards.
- Your own projects & real responsibility: you get the trust to lead your event projects independently and to own them from the first idea to the successful close.
- National & international projects: different clients, event formats, cities and locations make sure that hardly any project is like another.
- Room to shape things: we don't want you to just execute existing processes. You should think along, contribute ideas, make decisions and make things better.
- Individual development: together we define your personal learning and development program and invest specifically in your professional and personal growth.
- Attractive compensation: a good salary, additional bonus opportunities and further benefits are a given for us.
- Experiencing more together: from team trips within Germany and Europe to joint activities, we want to create special moments outside of everyday project life as well.
- And yes – we can do events for ourselves too: our Christmas parties are not obligatory functions. We develop them with just as much creativity and ambition – and make sure they become evenings people talk about for a long time.
Sounds like you?
