. Your role

As Event Host you are the face of our events. You welcome our guests, accompany them through the event and, with your presence, make sure every participant feels welcome from the very first moment.

. Your tasks

You welcome and take care of guests at check-in and the cloakroom.
You accompany participants through the event and help them find their way on site.
You take care of VIP guests and speakers.
You are the first point of contact for guests' questions and requests.
You support the event team with organizational tasks during the event.

. Your profile

Friendly, confident and well-groomed appearance.
Strong service and host mentality.
First experience in events, trade fairs or hospitality is a plus.
Good German and English skills.
Flexibility for evening and weekend assignments.
